12th April - pop up at
the old stables pilates studio
The Old Stables opened on 8th April and is a tribute to all the hard work that newly married couple Hannah and Gary Newstead have put into this haven for wellness at Brancaster on the North Norfolk coast.
A long, sweeping drive way leads up to Brancaster Hall, to the left of which stands the beautifully appointed Old Stables, that have been renovated and cleverly transformed into light and airy studios, with beauty rooms above.
Beau Britches was invited to be at their taster day on 12th April, where we received a warm welcome from the Gary, a Body Control Matwork teacher and an expert in sports injuries and Hannah, who is a very experienced Pilates teacher who has recently qualified as a Reformer Teacher. Having watched her informative demo on the reformer we can confirm that she certainly knows her stuff.
The Old Stables taster day had a busy schedule planned and there was a palpable buzz from the start, with ladies and gents ready to sign up the for the variety of classes on offer ranging from silver swans ballet, santosha yoga, high energy pilates, vinyasa yoga and ballet fitness. We enjoyed meeting so many of their lovely clients and were thrilled with the reception our Beau Britches collections received. Thank you everyone!
Good luck to Gary and Hannah who deserve to be extremely successful. We hope to visit again.
